Systems Engineer – 1st and 2nd Shift - US Office
The Lead Engineer will provide support to staff and contribute to the day-to-day management of in-house projects. The Lead Engineer will process, QC, troubleshoot and document as required to maintain work flow and client deliverables.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the day-to-day decision making with supervisors and senior management to ensure deadlines are met efficiently
- Lead Production team in the application of technical expertise to media restoration, e-mail system backup and restoration and other litigation support technical activities across a broad array of technologies
- Lead in the mentoring and development of junior staff including technicians and engineers
- Document technical issues and resolutions and ensure knowledge share with other members of the production team
- Work with senior management to create, update and implement operating procedures to standardize operations
- Install, configure and maintain Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008 Active Directory
- Provide advanced configuration, implementation and support of Microsoft Exchange 5.5 to 2010
- Maintain, configure and support TCP/IP network
- Configure and implement fiber switches
- Create client deliverable media (CD, DVD, FTP, Internal/External drives) for shipment or upload
- Perform quality control checks on work product
- Perform other related duties as required

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, effectively prioritizing and managing changing project criteria

- Extensive knowledge of systems engineering principles and design
- Demonstrated systems analysis and problem solving abilities
Education and Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 5-7 years industry experience
- SQL, Oracle or Access experience is preferred
- Industry certifications (CNE, MCSE, MCITP, etc.) preferred
- Must be a US Citizen or should have a valid work permit

Sales Manager - UK Office
This position is for an internationally recognized leader in media restoration, data acquisition and forensic services which excels in the efficient and accurate management of large-scale restoration, decommissioning and conversion projects, delivering pre-process support for litigation and electronic evidence discovery.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-disciplined individual to join us as a National Sales Account Manager for the UK. The National Sales Account Manager will represent The Oliver Group nationally and internationally through our London UK headquarters to initiate new client alliances as well as to strengthen relationships with existing clients.
This position requires an individual who is energetic and passionate about their career, and who will bring exceptional integrity, commitment and enthusiasm to this position.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales pipeline development and client base growth by consistently generating new business, meeting or exceeding anticipated revenue targets.
- Maximize sales opportunities to the organization while delivering value added solutions to our customers by maintaining superior standards of customer focus and customer service.
- Build and expand client base through development of strong, long-term client relationships with emphasis on fostering customer loyalty through excellence in service and quality.
- Develop effective customer service relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners within target markets.
- Resolve customer relationship issues and problems, alert VP of Sales to issues and problems.
- Know and understand litigation support industry and clients’ business models and company cultures.
- Work with VP of Sales on development of business strategy, field operations planning and execution of sales activities.
- Assist in proposal creation, contract negotiation and securing projects.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are required for this position:
- A minimum 3-5 years litigation support experience, with a thorough understanding of the litigation process and in-depth knowledge of the use of technology to support litigation efforts and electronic evidence discovery.
- High degree of comfort with one-on-one customer interactions as well as with presenting to large groups of individuals across multiple organizational levels.
- Exceptional written and oral communication, as well as effective and well-developed presentation skills in all manner of settings.
- Demonstrated record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals in the electronic evidence/ litigation support market.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with all levels of staff and management to both internal and external business partners.
- Ability to work independently, while being an effective team contributor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines; effectively prioritizing and managing changing project criteria.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and under extreme deadlines with agility and ease.
- 80% or more travel is required.
- Working knowledge of SalesForce, CRM, OneSource, JigSaw and other Client Relationship platforms a must.
